About Mori

Slow down. Move. Begin to feel.

Why Mori?

Look closely at Mori’s logo: a person stretching, standing among the mountains and breathing quietly, as if at one with the space. Look closer, and the mountain is not just a mountain — it is made of trees, one by one, a whole quiet and gentle forest. Step further in, and you’ll notice leaves gathered softly around the person — encircling, and protecting.

This is the space Mori wants to give you: warm and calm, like a ray of sunlight in the dark, like a forest amid the noise of the city — a place where everyone who arrives can set things down, slow down, and enjoy a stretch of Pilates time that belongs entirely to themselves.

Mori began because we saw too many people simply living with pain: years of stiff shoulders, a weakened core after childbirth, older adults afraid to squat or walk far. Most fitness classes chase sweat and intensity — few stop to ask: what does your body actually need right now?

So we brought Japanese Seitai and machine Pilates together — first releasing tension and restoring alignment by hand, then precisely rebuilding movement patterns on the apparatus. We call this functional recovery: the goal is not a perfect physique, but a body you can live in with ease. Squatting down, lifting a grandchild, walking steadily, sleeping well — these are the outcomes we care about.

At Mori, we slow down, move, and begin to feel — feel the body, feel ourselves, and through Pilates, become ourselves, one step at a time.

Private Studio

A private one-on-one room — a quiet moment that is yours alone

Private one-on-one session at Mori
Barefoot in the grass — the spirit of Mori

Step into our private one-on-one studio and the outside world falls away for a while. In a space free of interruption, you can listen closely to your body — beginning with each breath, extending slowly to the core, the spine, the limbs — rebuilding your connection with yourself, step by step.

There is no one else’s pace to keep up with here. Everything is designed around how your body is that day and what it needs. Whether you are just starting out or working toward a specific goal, we will take it slowly and steadily, together.

Focus on the body, and let the mind grow quiet with it.

Our Space

The Studio Environment

From the moment you step out of the elevator, we want the space itself to slow you down — quiet light, uncluttered room to move, and apparatus neatly in place. Photos of the studio are being prepared and will be added soon.

What we believe

01

Awareness before movement

Feel first, then move. Change begins with attention, not intensity.

02

Function over form

What we pursue is quality of life: walking, stairs, bending, carrying a child — every daily movement deserves care.

03

Slowness is a skill

Safe progress comes from precise observation. We would rather go slower and let change truly stay in the body.
