Move. Observe. Reconnect. Inward.

At Mori, we slow down, move, and begin to feel — feel the body, feel ourselves, and through Pilates, become ourselves, one step at a time.

About Mori

Like a forest, growing strength in stillness

Mori means “forest” in Japanese. We believe the body doesn’t need to change in a hurry — it begins with breath, posture and awareness, approached through the lens of function. Whether you want to ease chronic aches, restore everyday mobility, or simply give yourself an hour of quiet focus, Mori walks beside you, at your pace.

Our Approach

Taiwan’s first: Japanese Seitai × Machine Pilates

We pair the hands-on realignment of Japanese Seitai with training on the full suite of Pilates apparatus: first releasing tension and aligning the frame, then rebuilding movement patterns with precision — so change truly stays in the body.

01

Private 1:1 sessions

Fully tailored to your body, using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and more. Ideal for functional recovery and deep, focused work.

02

Intimate small-group classes

Capped at 2–3 participants, so the teacher truly sees everyone. Progress steadily, safely, together with friends or family.

03

Japanese Seitai

Gentle hands-on bodywork from Japan that realigns the skeletal frame and releases fascial tension. Effective alone, even better paired with Pilates.

Meet the Founder

Our founder, Claire

Founder · Pilates Instructor · Seitai Practitioner

Claire moved to Pilates from a career in tech, so she understands — personally and deeply — the neck, shoulder and lower-back strain of long desk-bound days. She continues to train across weightlifting, running, HYROX and swimming, supporting everyone from everyday bodies to competitive athletes, from daily comfort to peak performance.

Give your body a moment of stillness

In your first trial session, we listen first — then let the body begin, gently.
